WEVER is committed to building the highest level of quality into our products and service. We began with the philosophy that the cost of building quality are not nearly as expensive as losing a customer due to cutting corners. We understand that quality in the workforce translates into quality of products. That is why WEVER provides extensive preproduction and ongoing craftsmanship training to ensure workforce quality. All of your products are manufactured in a clean, organised and safe production environment.
WEVER divides the actual product quality control process into three separate processes to ensure that specialized expertise is applied to each stage of our operation. This system also provides the redundancy necessary to prevent any quality problem from evading detection.
Incoming Quality Control
IQC ensures our incoming raw materials and parts are inspected for any quality issues before storing into our warehouse for production and assembly use.
In-Process Quality Control
IPQC ensures product quality during the production and assembly process. This system detects and handles problems that may arise during the production process.
Outgoing Quality Assurance
OQA is a redundancy quality control process to ensure our final products are defect-free before shipping to customers.
